Not an honorable man. Was paid full amount of contract! According to ca state contractor board investigation he abandoned the project and we collected his bond amount, which was a small amount compared to what he owed us. He gave us a 3 day notice that his license was expiring and he was retiring and he would gladly consult on our project at the fees he was charging on our old contract {not}!!! He no longer has a license and has been informed he can not get a contractors license until he resolves his problems with the IRS !!!
