I REALLY needed to get some Chimney work done which involved repointing and replacing some courses of brick as well as the crown. Weather and (my) schedule essentially were making it a little challenging to connect and meet for an estimate initially. Undeterred, Rosario was super responsive to my calls or texts to move date/times. In fact, he stopped over early one morning (while passing through town on separate business) and was able to assess what was needed before I knew or spoke with him later that day.
He gave me what was a VERY competitive price as well as a date to complete the job (which was very quick and accommodating).
Like earlier, on the day before the work was to be done, Rosario followed up to confirm when he would be arriving and both he and his brother arrived, right on time and explained exactly what they would be doing. They asked me if I had any questions, thoughts, or concerns and then they went to work straightaway. I was able to go to work confidently while they did their thing which by all accounts was efficient and neat before wrapping up and touching base to review everything and see if I had any other questions.
On a personal note, one could see both Rosario and his brother are both old school when it comes to working with customers. A family business that they followed their father in, they take pride in their work and care about their customers (including taking a little time to get to know them beyond the business transaction once the work is all done). I would HIGHLY recommend Rosario Spada Masonry Contractors and will keep them in my contacts list for future work (they do it all when it comes to masonry work)!
