    Bathroom remodel

    I want to recall my previous review, my bathroom reno was a total MESS!! I ended up taking him to court and I WON! just to prove he is an awful example of a contractor but I did get paid from his BANK!!!!!
    But not after the total MESS he made of my bathroom TILE!!! HE IS A TOTAL DISASTER!! HE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO INSTALL BATHROOM TILE!!!

    Renovation of back porch and master bathroom

    12-20 *** Mr Franco did a fantastic job on my back patio and master bathroom renovation. He is fair with his prices and DOES WARRANTY ALL HIS WORK!!!! He also dented my dryer while installing some cabinets (it was a total accident) but he insisted on buying me a BRAND NEW dryer, delivered and installed at no CHARGE! No need to warn the public about him....at all!!

    Room addition

    I want to warn the public about Mr. Franco and Rosewood Enterprises. We hired him to do a room addition project for which we paid him over $24,000. Within 2 weeks of the completion of the work we noticed a defect in the construction. Mr. Franco will not warranty or repair the defect. He is not reliable, he is greedy, does not do quality work, lies about his skills and abilities and will not warranty his work. We will be taking this matter to the small claims court and I will be also reporting him to the state licensing authorities. He is currently involved in a similar lawsuit in the magistrate court and had I known that I will never have hired him.
