Rosil Construction has been working on a neighbor's house continuously for close to two years. They completely demolished the old house (minus one wall to avoid increased permitting requirements) and re-built a larger house from scratch. During this time they have been a constant nuisance to the neighborhood. Obviously, no construction is going to be pleasant and we had quite a bit of construction done on our house as well (foundation replacement, seismic retrofit, roof, paint, etc.). However, our neighbors routinely commented on how great our contractors were relative to the crew from Rosil Construction. The Rosil crew does not follow any normal work schedule and routinely works as early as 6am and as late as 10pm, including on weekends and holidays. I have spoken with them and called the police on multiple occasions when they have worked outside of approved construction hours, but they ignore me and give me attitude. They also do not keep a clean/organized work site. They routinely park their trucks in front of our house and drop trash and debris into our sidewalk strip and into the street without cleaning up after themselves. This includes nails, screws, razor blades, wood scraps, plastic, food wrappers, etc. On another occasion, they left a large pile of soil in the street, uncovered, during the wet season. Of course, when it rained we had a river of sediment running down the street and eventually flowing into the storm drain and polluting the bay. On another occasion they drove a truck over our sidewalk, causing a portion of it to crack and collapse. In addition, both of our cars have been mysteriously hit while parked on the street since they have started construction. I have no proof that it was them, but the damage is high enough that it was some sort of large truck.
