Sole Owner
Scott Rounsaville met with us and provided a quote for a small bath remodel. After agreeing to the contract he asked for a down payment of $5,000.00 to cover the ordering of agreed upon materials and labor for the demolition. After a providing us with a start date, and telling us he had ordered the material, Scott did not show up to do the work. I then discovered that he lied about ordering the material, and has avoided contact with us since cashing our check. Complaints with his bond company and the California State Licensing Board are in progress, and a criminal complaint will be forthcoming. This contractor is a thief and you should not use him.
