Extremely flakey. Does good work if you can actually get him to do it, but getting him to come out and do what you paid him for is nearly impossible. Endless excuses, cancelled dates, and no-shows. Took over half a year to do a panel upgrade, I had to keep my HVAC contractor waiting for months.
More than a year after hiring him, Roy still hasn't finished what I paid him for, ignores my calls and texts, and left my panel with a generator inlet installed and no safety interlock to prevent backfeeding into the grid -- A huge safety hazard!!! Had to hire another electrician to finish the job.
