Do your diligence, Google the owner before you hire him. He has multiple court cases due to his dishonest and integrity. I hired him for the basement remodeling. He was a Yes man at beginning. At the middle of the project, he asked for more money, then purposely delayed the completion date for months. Lesson learned for me. Do not trust this guy!
