  BEWARE! Because of RPM my AC has been broken half the summer! 9 days in May, 14 days in June, and has been out again since July 22nd. Because of their poor workmanship I have to have my entire unit replaced - confirmed by two independent AC companies. Do not let them in your property!!

  Fix my ac

  They literally did not show up. My ac stopped working completely in the middle of the summer. I called them multiple times and they did not answer. Never called back either.

  Repair Air Conditioner

  I care for my elderly parents and when the AC stopped working I called my home warranty service right away and they schedule RPM AIR to come and service the air conditioner. When he arrived, he simply took out a temperature gun and said, "The air coming out of the vents is 60 degrees, there is nothing wrong with it. It's hot in here because it's just hot outside." When told that we slept through 90 degrees, he said it's because a window was slightly open. I don't need to be an expert in HVAC to know that something is wrong when it's 90 degrees in my household at night with all doors, screens, and windows closed. Would not recommend RPM AIR.

  Scheduled a window from 12-4 then says truck broke down running a couple hours behind so says will be there between 6-10 . No show doesn’t answer my message until 10:30 . Ask if they can still come I said yes , then says another person responded before me . What a joke !!!

  Fix AC

  Definitely NOT. They do not answer their phones or return calls. Tried for 2 days. Left messages to cancel appointment after reading the reviews, even sent email and they just now left voice mail to confirm appointment!!!!!

  3 hours late! Over charged! Never called to let us know he was going to be late. Was rude from the start. Worse heating and air-conditioning company ever!

  This company does not return calls or keep appointments. They came out and "diagnosed" the problem at 930pm when my original appointment was between 11am and 3pm. Once diagnosed they would not return my call! I would not recommend this company!

  Air conditioning repair

  Rpm air specifically Andy came to home to work on my Air Conditioner he was able to get my unit running saved me a bunch of money had a prior company out who told me I needed a new unit but Andy fixed it. I would recommend Rpm Air to everyone

  Replace a control circuit board on an oven.

  $100

  I have an open work order with RPM Air to fix our oven control board; basically replace the part. They have missed two scheduled appointments. We have been without a working oven for two weeks. RPM does not return calls or communicate status. I would not recommend them for any work on any appliance or system.

  They were sent from out home warranty company to fix our dishwasher

  $65

  It took them a month to come back with the part that they said came in two days after the initial visit. Then called the wrong number for several days, didn’t show up for three appointments and when they did the repair tech slide the dishwasher door along the time and scratched it all up. They have not returned any calls ... I do not recommend this company at all!!!
