Ryan Sheperd Daw
Judd Construction built our home, so we asked them to finish the basement. Ryan Daw with Judd Construction told us that this company was the residential part of Judd Construction. We had his son, Garrett, come out and bid our basement believing that he represented the residential part of Judd Construction like we were told. Garrett told us he needed to bring someone else out to actually get the bid. It took almost a month to even have him come back with this other guy to bid the project. While they were there, he told us he needed to bring our entire house floor plans back with him for the bid (even though they had taken pictures already). I told him I didn't feel comfortable with this, but he insisted,promising that he would return them, and took them anyways. We NEVER got a bid, and when we asked for the plans back he ignored my husbands calls and texts. I called him from my phone and he answered (not knowing my phone number), and he promised yet again to return them that morning (as we needed them for another project on our house). He never returned them. Months later, yet again needing them for another project, we contacted Ryan Daw (his father) who said he would get Garrett to give them back. However, yet again, we never heard back. When asking Judd Construction (who had built our house and who had suggested we have Garrett come out to bid our basement), Garrett flat out lied and told them that he had put it on our front porch. Steve from Judd Construction told us that he was not affiliated with Garrett despite what we were told; however, it turns out that Ryan Daw is the Vice President of Judd Construction. These people are dishonest, unresponsive, and unprofessional. I would never recommend doing any projects with them.
