Bob was unresponsive. It was extremely frustrating that he wouldn't return my calls. He took my design (plans) with him and I never heard from him again. No quote, didn't respond to messages. Once I told him I was writing a bad review on Yelp I got my plans and a response with ALL the reasons why he didn't get back to me. I don't want others to go through this experience. Find another contractor to help you and move on.
