I would not use Ruiz plumbing. I received a bid for a new water line, pressure regulator valve, and shut off valve for a project. Edgar did not have the pressure regulator valve replaced and stated the the old one was installed. The pressure was 120 psi. Edgar mentioned for me to adjust pressure. At 120 psi the valve is bad. I deducted 250 from bid and sent money to Edgar. Edgar had his guys begin to dig up the already buried water line to pressure us to pay. Will never use this plumber again.
