    At the first sight of trouble, he was unreachable and would disappear for weeks at a time. He ultimately terminated my contract after 15 months of inactivity and more delays (some his doing, others market related) than I can count. I pleaded with him several times to meet me at the building site to clear the air and his response was to tell me he was bidding out a part of the project with his subs and didn't need to meet me in person. What he was actually doing was drafting a termination notice with his lawyer so he could duck out of finishing my project, citing an extremely questionable part of his contract for justification. I would without a doubt tell my friends and family to run, not walk away from Runion Holdings LLC. My family has been through an absolute nightmare the last 2 years and were lucky enough to find a builder who will complete our home.

    Worst decision of our life. He promises one thing and 6 months later, same thing is still incomplete. We chose to build with him and have been in our house for 6 months now and it was thr worst process of our lives. Constantly telling you something will be done and it doesn't get done, empty promises. Never at the Job site and his subs are Constantly getting things wrong! A terrible craftsman too...had to hire another company to fix a job he did but he's supposedly a "carpenter by trade". Still trying to calm down from one of the worst experiences of our life.

    Quote was expensive, even though it was stressed that property was a modest rental. Time was critical, but he still finished well beyond promised date. Our property mge had to point out certain things to him that were left unfinished. He did them grudgingly. Plumbing installed incorrectly. Huge leak under kitchen sink, water pouring out. We had to call plumber to repair, as tenants already in. He refused to honor the bill, even with pictures and written description by plumber as to what was done wrong. Would never use him again.
