My tiles were installed crooked, my floor is uneven with a 1/4" height difference between tiles which are already lifting off the floor. The shower leaks where he attached it to the walls and there are holes in the grout throughout the tile work including in the shower itself. He also attempted to charge me $700 to waterproof the shower he was already set to install. He expected me to pay in full before I ever saw the finished work in person. When I saw it and was disappointed, I told him so. He never responded and sued me in small claims court. Hire at your own risk.
