Mr. Russell was very professional and courteous. I had my 2nd bathroom completely remodeled. It was completely within days(less than a week). When my family came over to see how it looked, 2 family members were so impressed they took his card and he did work for them also.

He came off as professional and courteous. One thing I noticed he’s very good at talking and making you feel like you can trust him.He did a few things for me that I needed done ASAP. Which was my ceilings, floors and painting which wasn’t great but ok. He did my roof for me and a few yrs later I had a leak. I called him to come check it out. He said he would be by never saw or heard from him since. I got another roofing company to check it for me and they not only told me but showed me how he didn’t do my roof properly and it was a big hole that they just covered up which was what started the leak. I had to pay and get my roof redone . I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody his work from what I’ve experienced was not good , rushed and over priced. I try to support black owned businesses but this is one reason why I hesitate.
