Claimed to have a crew, but showed up alone. One excuse after another for delays and subpar planning and craftmanship. After paying out over $27,000.00, he left the job unfinished, and without a final walkthrough, but sent a final bill for the agreed balance plus $2,000.00 for “other” work done. We will have to hire an engineer to examine the two story deck to make sure it’s safe. If not, we will have to pay a professional to make it safe. We are now in court. A nightmare!
