    Renovate and combine two condo units at Villa Alejo in Palm Springs
    $0

    Awful experience!!! We were fined by the HOA board after the contractor drilled into supporting beams without our authorization or knowledge. Contractor dropped us in middle of project claiming he was too busy to finish. The structural engineer recommended by this contractor performed structural evaluation and never followed up with renderings and stopped answering his phone. I would NOT recommend this and I would have selected zero stars if that were an option.
