I can accept the bad temperament of an excellent Craftsman and am more than willing to manage around the bad attitude, brashness and gruffness that sometimes comes along with achieving high quality work. What I can’t abide is misplaced arrogance that is not backed up by the quality of the final product. Steve’s work quality is ok, and I can probably learn to live with the final result. But it is far from great and definitely not worth putting up with the bad attitude that comes with it. Recommend you find some other cabinet maker With a better attitude and more importantly better attention to detail and quality.
