Sandy was the architect of the house renovation carried out before we bought the house and we brought him in to make some additional modifications including a roof deck and remodeling of several room layout to create a kids play room and tv room etcHe's very reliable and did excellent work as well as ensuring we were all straight with the city. He also has a good network of builders etc
