LOW BIDDER ALERT! He will trick folks into getting money by low bidding and talking how easy this will be. Once he gets your first $ cheque, that is it. He swindled my grandparents out of thousands of dollars. These guys are in their 60s!!! He promised them a new door, patio and back porch. All they got was a partial job done, and tumbleweeds for a response. He won't answer any calls. They went with him cause he was cheap. They just got screwed. His whole company is a fraud we found out later. SHould have researched them first. The whole web and tri cities area seems to know he is a scam artist. I wish I would have checked first from my gramma and grandpa. His actions will catch up with him. Scammers all have the same ending. And it isn't good.

I hired s.w.sweat to do a bathroom remodel. i was quoted a price and signed the contract. he was to have the job completed in three weeks, after a month went by with job not completed he tells me i owe extra for labor ect. i payed him the amount on the contract, and he demanded i pay the final payment and the job was not even halfway completed. i had a plumber come take a look at the work he did, the plumber said all of the plumbing was in backwards, one pipe in my ceiling was hanging down so low that the sheet rock could not be hung right so they nailed wooden shims under the sheet rock on the ceiling in order to clear the pipe and my ceiling was slanted on one side, the tile on the wall in the bathroom was very crooked and uneven, he was supposed to put tile on the floor but instead put linoleum tiles. i told him to stop after i found out about the plumbing. he was messing so much up if i let him continue it was just going to cost even more money to get it fixed.
