When you can contact them, they are Johnny on the spot, however, neither I nor my management company could find them or get response to calls, texts or emails to warranty a roof that leaked within 6 months. Guarantee was not worth the paper it was written on, and we needed to get another contractor to start the work over for the sake of our tenant's well-being. Very disappointing. Apparently there was a personal or family porblem in or around 2013 or 14, which we would have understood but they dropped off the face of the earth, and rudely did not maintain a professional presence for contracted work.

We wanted a new roof on our home. I called Tmj exteriors, They came right out and took a look. Once they gave me the estimate I was shocked at how low their prices were compaired to everyone else. When the job was completed I was very pleased they did a awesome job.

I had TMJ Exteriors do some roofing repairs for me, and they did wonderful job. They got done quickly and it was very affordable. I even had them do some interior work.Highly recommended!!!

We hired TMJ to do lots of work on our house from the roof to the floor. They do flawless work, so everything looks amazing. The price was one of the lowest around. Definitely recommended!
