    Eric was really great. He was responsive, and quick with the DOB and turnaround. His entire team is lovely and easy to work with. The only issue is he isn't that creative, I helped with the design and also pulled in a designer to assist in my project.

    Eric is a good person, he listens well and is technically sound. He operates well with the DOB. He doesn't insist on imposing his vision but proposes ideas and solutions collaboratively. He did do (and charge for) some design work that I didn't request and as a result his final price was higher than his initial quote.I have done a lot of projects and worked with many architects and he is one of the most pleasant to work with.

    I actually would not recommend Eric Safyan. Personally he is a very nice guy, but I have had on going issues with the project due to audits and several violations being issues at my site. Once the violations came down Eric became incredibly difficult to get ahold of and I have been trying to correct the issues myself. About the nicest way I could put it.
