We had a very poor experience working with this contractor. Communication could go for weeks or months before getting a response.. Everything seemed to be an argument with the builder vs trying to work things out. Some things did get worked out and other things such as some things on our punch list never were take care of by the builder. Our onsite Sagewood rep missed so many issues that we had to get corrected. Some examples - all doors framed at the wrong height and windows framed in the wrong location. We were disappointed to find beer cans around the property from the workers. Instead of our hardwood floors being installed by a professional hardwood floor company, they were installed by the builders son and his cousin to save money after the builder and a reputable hardwood floor company could not come together on a good price. We would be glad to share documented issues with anyone thinking about working with this builder.
