Watch out for this guy! He doesn't keep his word. Spent $2455 to rebuild the condenser that he said would make the AC like new. He gave me a 5 year warranty and after 7 attempts to get it working right over 5 months he said he would no longer stand behind it and refused to make it right. I've received estimates from 3 other AC tecs that said he didn't do it right and the whole thing needs to be replaced. Another 6-8 thousand.
