Owner
Maurizio Salazar is a very good architect if you like contemporary/modern. Creative ideas yet reasonably practical (for an architect). He steered me to the wrong builder which caused problems and was not good at keeping the builder under control. I would say use him as an architect but not overall project manager. I have worked with him on two projects and would work with him on another. Just got caught with a bad contractor last go around.
