It was a real disappointment working with this company. I went with them in the middle of plumbing crisis upon the urging of my plumbing company. WHAT A MISTAKE! The workers were fine, but asked for a review before the invoice was sent to my insurance company--which I did for them. Once the invoice was sent, I understood why they were so anxious for the review to be done right away. They charged exorbitant fees and were unwilling to negotiate with my insurance company. After the insurance company called them out on their overpriced work, they offered the insurance company a discount and said in their communication to them, “we would like to come to a reasonable agreement in order to not saddle the insured with an out-of-pocket expense". However, they REFUSED the mediation process to review the invoice, line by line, with the insurance company. They sent me the bill and I was responsible for an over $2000 charge! THE WORST PART, they did not offer me the same discount that they offered the insurance company, so they were really not at all worried about me being "saddled" with "an out of pocket expense". I called and asked them to, at the very least, honor that discount that they offered to the insurance company and they refused. They don't care about customers. They only care about money.
