Landing out of square and steps look like crap. Water does not drain. When explained what needed to be done, all I got was a bunch of BS. I am knowledgeable about construction and know how to use a square. I have had people also agree that this job is unprofessional. If you want to see go to 19 Raynor Rd. Morristown. Do not use this contractor. I'm sad I did. BEWARE

This contractor seemed like a gentleman as the above person stated, but turned out to be a fraud. Do not hire him, you will regret it. I won't even rate him cause he does not deserve it. Left me hanging with unfinished work. He is too old and needs to retire.

Too old for this work. He is 72. I can go on and on but the bottom line is he was a contractor for years but his quality and ethics has gone down. Here are a few issues: He does not own a wet saw and cuts tiles with a tile cutter so of course ragged edges. He does not do what the customer requests. He installs a new sheet rock ceiling and walls then he says later if you wanted the ceiling level it would have cost more money, so now the cut wall tiles at the top are all different sizes. He installs the medicine cabinet 5 inches above the granite vanity top and says go out and get a smaller faucet after we matched it up with the same style for the tub area. He says he will pay for it but forget the money he does not even return any calls. He could not install the new light into the bracket he moved after the electrican mounted it so he says bring back the electrician and I will pay him to reset it ( he put the box back in upside down). After the electrician comes and i pay him Sal says the electrical work was not part of the contract.
Sal says pay off the sanitation workers to remove the garbage that he was suppose to take away and I will reimburse you - I am still waiting.
Sal subs out the floor tiles work and when the job is completed the installer asks for more money from Sal because of the difficulty, so what does he do - try to pass that expense over to the customer. Contract states total price, no what if's clause.
******** Get the message do not hire this man you will regret it************** He looks and acts like a gentleman but beware. He is a devil in sheep's clothing. My entire family helped him bring in his tools, carry them out, assisted him all day long, cleaned up after him, fed him breakfast and lunch and he even said numerous times we were all very nice to him. In the end I was the gentleman by letting my check clear without stopping it. He turned out to be a real sneaky person who you feel sorry for because of his age. I was fooled that he was a good person. Usually you tend to go with an old school worker but that is not the case. He is just old not a good worker. 12 days to do a bathroom and he never even finished. I cannot stress enough please go elsewhere you will be glad you did. The only thing he did right was to leave the job so I could hire someone to repair his errors..
