Samaniego was recommended to me by a good friend I work with. I have been using them ever since. There was one December (the last week) where my heating/air conditioning went out. I called these guys and they came out pretty quick. My unit was close to 25 years old at that time. They said they could repair my old unit but recommended a replacement since my system was on it’s last leg. They made it clear that it was my choice and they would do whatever I wanted them to do.
At the time, rebates were being given. There was a rebate from CPS, Trane and a good break on my Federal taxes. I looked into it further and the rebates from CPS and the Feds had to be used by December 31st. I wanted to replace my system but it was so close to the end of the year, I didn’t think they would be able to install a unit that quickly. Samaniego said if I wanted to do it, they would get it done. They were at my house on New Years Eve installing my system so I could meet the rebate deadline. I was so thankful for their dedication to help me. The deadline was met and the rebates were very nice. After the rebates, I spent around $3200 on a $6000 system. After having a Trane, I will never go back.
These guys also did the office where I work. They replaced the entire system which had been in place since the early 80’s. You can now hang meat in our office. Most of the employees that own a house from our office use these guys. I always recommend them to everyone I know.
They are a family owned business and I have met three of them. Tony and Charlie are brothers. Charlie sometimes brings his son Patrick along to help him. They are all wonderful people and I trust them. They are as honest as the day is long.
Thank you Tony, Charlie and Patrick. Keep up the good work!
