READ THIS! I am going to keep this unemotional and impersonal. We hired Mr.Sanders and Julian to do a tile install job for $25,000. There was a large mistake made in the tile pattern and after we identified the mistake to Mr.Sanders he and his crew never came back to our house. BEFORE HIRING this man contact the Maryland Home Improvement Commission and request information on disciplinary actions by emailing them at [email protected]. Disciplinary actions taken against a licensed contractor are a matter of public record. I wouldn't hire this company to do anything. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
