Kyle and Rasha Sands have had to change the name of their business because of how bad their old company Sands Decorative Concrete was and all the complaints and lawsuits filed against them there. They did the concrete on my pool and it was so bad I had to get the State Contractors Board involved for them to come out and finish the job. The concrete was not done to code as the steps are to high and they refused to put the anti slip grip down even though it was paid for. State forced them to come back and do it, but they didn’t do a great job and now having to hire a real company to do it again. We had several slip and falls because it was so slick and one had to go to the hospital for staples in the head and another to the chiropractor for back issues.
Before you hire Kyle and Rasha Sands please do your due diligence and talk to the State and see how many complaints and lawsuits they have. If you still continue after that, thats on you and good luck. Please learn from our mistakes.
