    In a nut shell, I would not use them again if given a choice. They take way too long to get stuff done, and you cannot reach them at times.

    Sanna & Loccisano were terrific! I have recommended them to quite a few friends and would do so for anyone who asks.Patient and professional. Work very well with contractors and city agencies. If you hire them for your project it would be the best decision you made all day.

    I dealth with Joe who is probably the most soft spoken person I have ever met. He is a good listner and the process was fast and no suprises. You negotiate the fee and then you tell him what you like. We showed him few photos of the houses we liked from the internet and then he asks bunch of questions of what do you want inside set up to look like etc. The cool thing is that for the fee you pay he will redo the plans as many times as you want inside and out until you are happy. Furthermore, he has his own expeditors and they do all the paperwork for you. He has also engineers that he works with on the island so he can help with that as well. The only thing is sometimes they will take longer than expected for the plans because they also do a lot of commercial buildings. He is good to get back to you usually less than 24 hours from the call if he is not in the office. He is flexible for questions during the building process etc. I am almost done and had to call him for the railings codes etc. All in all I am happy with him but again everybody has their own expectations.

    I am quite pleased with Sanna & Locisano. From the very first meeting they were extremely professional. The project design was just what I wanted. They never hesitated to answer any and all questions. I never felt intimidated and never felt at a loss that Joe wasn't on top of everything.

    I love my home! And appreciate the ease of what could normally be a very hectic time.

    Safe to say I would absolutely use them again for another project. I highly recommend them.
