I rate Santos Diaz a D because he fail to give me the receipts on items he purchased using a card I gave him and for taking some laminated that was left over after he completed the work. He claims that he thought I didn't need the receipts and that he returned the laminate boxes in order to purchase material needed. I checked my credit card forms and discovered the flooring wasn't returned. he then charged me extra on permit mistakes he made. A good general contractor know his work and doesn't take things
