Sapphire Construction was fine to work with. Aside from some delays for various reasons (controllable/uncontrollable) by Alan and his crew, the final product is what mattered most to me and I am pleased with my workshop.
The project manager, Jim, was a pleasure to work with and was great with communications & updates. The construction crew were a bit laggard in their work ethic, but Alan the owner corrected that after we discussed a few expectations on timeliness. Overall quality of workmanship was good.
