Let me tell you, run away from Bob Scales of Scales Co. They offered and tried to build a 6 Unit property in Cocoa Beach called the Champanea'. What a disaster. A 9month project took 4 years. These people broke me and cost me nearly 1 Million Dollars. Call me with your concerns. -- 321 474 4421....I'll be glad to tell you what happen to me working with these crooks and give you specific examples. Pictures if you wan't them.
