Steve Schoen fixed a leak in our shower drain. He was very competent and knowledgeable, and we were very pleased with his work. So, we had him also install a sink and do some other work with our outside spickets for us. He is the one we will always call when there is a plumbing job to be done. He doesn't charge an hourly rate, which is nice. Instead, he charges for the work he actually does, after it is agreed to by the customer.
