did not glue the rain leaders that were buried in the ground that led to massive flooding of the basement and front porch sinking enough that the roof is also compromised. They did attempt a lame mitigation on the inside; however, this failed miserably, and now I am faced with digging up the perimeter and remediation the proper way.
Maybe anyone reading this should hire someone more knowledgeable.
