Uwe Schorkopf has done a variety of construction jobs for me over the years, at my house in Walnut Creek and at a rental condo also in Walnut Creek. He has done remodeling, plumbing, electrical, tile installation, and landscaping. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and honest. If he can't do it, he says so; if he can do it, he does it expertly at a reasonable cost. He's also a fun, nice guy.

We had a flat top roof and desperately needed to install AC for the hot Walnut Creek summers. Uwe did the flat-to-pitched roof construction work and did a fabulous job (we needed to pitch the roof since the house was on a concrete slab foundation). He offered suggestions on improving the aesthetics of the work: his idea to add custom windows in the top portion of a wall to let the view of the oak tree in the back yard was great! He did framing, seismic retrofitting per load requirements, replaced the electrical in walls that were opened, and other things. Very pleased with the work he did and would hire him again in a heartbeat!!
