After talking to Craig, the owner, about our frustration with a leak, he sent one of his guys over to find where it was coming from. He was very diligent and did in fact find the problem, it being a window that leaked and not the roof. We use Craig and his team at Schultz Roofing and Repair for any roofing problems we have had, whether it is our primary home or our rental properties. They come out quickly, assess the problem and do the work. We highly recommend them for work, price and clean up.
