I order a table and barns doors from Randy and had issues with the quality of work.
I order them to be in a custom color it was to be a warm brown/tan color the items I received are green in color.

The stain looks more like paint you can’t even seen the wood grain. It is inconsistent and even has gray patches on the table.

Everything is sticky to the touch. The varnish didn’t set right.

On the edges of the barn door he used a black stain but didn’t tape off the front or back of the door so black stain is on the front and back of the doors.

He stained with the hardware on. So brand new hardware has stain on it.

One of the barn doors is a bifold barn door. It has four panels (or two halves). The two half are not the same pattern.

I have reached out and am still waiting to hear back.

I am a single, unemployed and on a very limited income mom. I hired Randy because I thought I knew him, I thought he was a nice person and he said he needed the money. I pre-paid him in cash, (first mistake), a lot of money. Week after week he said "I promise to make it out there". When I informed him that I was putting my house on the market (and needed the front door nob and dead bolt fixed, back door re-framed because it was sagging and would not shut, and a small overhead garage storage framed in, he came out and saw and agreed he would fix all of it), and when I continued to contact him several times about when he was going to do the work we discussed, he just got mad and put me off over and over. Weeks later I finally confronted him, he became quite angry and yelled at me. Then he texted me a few days later and told me he was going to do the work on that Saturday. I repeatedly tried to get a time when he planned on arriving, he just said "In the morning". He finally texted me that Saturday morning at about 9:25 am and said he would be at my house in 10 minutes! He arrived with three other guys, gave me a clipboard and told me to list what I wanted done and that his time was limited! I once again wrote on it "the front door knob and dead bolt, back door framed and the garage overhead storage. He informed me that he didn't have the time to do that stuff and I needed to tell him what else he and his guys could do! I was floored. I needed this work done right away (my house had to go on the market, I explained to him), but I had to give everyone the finish work I was doing the day before because I was told "Randy was paying them and they needed to work now". So they used my chop saw to cut up the rest of the pile of wood I was cutting, my weed whacker in the field to finish what I was weed whacking, and Randy power washed part of my house I had started power washing. Unbelievable, all of this I could do and was doing my self! He asked for my screwdriver and did put two screws in my dead bolt, which now works but the door knob doesn't, to which he said "you need to get a new door". The back door-not fixed, storage-not framed. He listed a lot of excuses why he wasn't doing it then. I even made a BBQ lunch for everyone (I had no idea these other men where coming), and for a total of (including lunch) three hours of work, they left! Of course Randy said "I promise I will be back out to finish" and he never did. It has now been about eight weeks. He took my money, and took advantage of me. I guess I really have learned a lesson here. It grieves me to write this, but you "Buildzoom" asked and I must be honest.
I have had other men workers since work for me, when I have had the funds and they ALL have finished their work as promised, did what was agreed upon, did a great job and completed the work on time as promised. I wish I could give them reviews as well. I also wish I could have given Randy a good review, but again you asked and I must be honest.

if they had less than one star - I would choose that rating. This guy signed a contract to finish a job in 3-4 days. He came in and primed some walls and didn't return until 10 days later - then argued with us. His work was sloppy, and unprofessional. He used other contractors tools and supplies without out permission. He didn't come to work until 10:00 at night. He left paint drips all over the floor and never finished the job. We were all glad to see him go. Don't hire him.
