I recently had the pleasure of working with SDL contractors. I was given a list of insulation specialists from MassSave and quite by accident, chose SDL. Well, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made! This organization is professional! From Jeannette’s incredible scheduling (she somehow fit us in when they were booked solid!) to the hard working installers and AMAZING site supervisor, Patty. I can’t say enough about the consideration the crew had for my floors, putting down extensive protective covering, checking in with us on all issues or concerns, and ensuring that the insulation was successful even though it required significant work to repair leaky walls prior to insulating. We had recently had a new heating system installed by a well-known company from the area. They did a poor job and left us with a system that was improperly installed. Not only did this crew fix the errors from the heating installation, but they cleaned up the mess caused by the improper installation.
Finally, our house is over 100 years old and was built as a summer home. This crew plugged ALL the holes, installed new wall board on one wall leading to the attic, and brought in a duct cleaner at their own expense, when insulation got into the duct work due to the improper installation by our oil company.
I recommend this company without reservation! They are the best! Believe me, I am picky and they are great! Do yourself a favor and choose SDL!
