    We have had nothing but promises and lies from this contractor. We contracted a job with him in mid August and it is not completed as of mid November. It was a small project around $5,200.00. He quickly asked for the $$ for supplies but the job is not completed and we have begged him to complete the staining of our porch. We have had 2 of the 3 sub contractors come to our door step and ask to be paid directly because Sean Alford was not paying them. One sub took checks from us said he was going to get supplies, cashed the checks and never returned. We have contact Sean Alford so many times asking him to finish this project it is getting unbelievable. Excuses, excuses excuses are all we get. He can't reach the sub, the sub won't answer their phone, the sub is sick, the sub just got out of the hospital. But he has no problem getting to our house to get a check. Now we are in the hole for $500.00 for staining a deck! Staining a deck, how hard can that be to get done. Yet we have been calling Sean Alford for months to get it done. Why should this project take 2 1/2 months? Titan Home Solutions is NO SOLUTION. He ran out of lies so he had his sub contractor to call now with new lies or it may not even be a real person? Now his phone goes straight to " I am at a meeting". I wish we had some recourse.
