I had a large glass shower panel installed from one of the workers. It was not installed properly to were it is unsafe. the worker, Rich said it needed more support. After two months of phone calls the Owner Joseph Pitzo made 2 different appoints with me to look at the problem, He did not show up to either. I continue to call and now the owner is saying he is going to call the cops on me for harassment for all my phone calls. He now telling me that he is going to sue me for leaving him feedback. It comes down to it is that I have a very unsafe glass shower panel in my house that this company will not remove or fix. They were also payed in full. I have been waiting 2 months now.
