We were in dire need of a total reroofing effort of our home on the Cape. We are "off Capers" so are connections to quality contracting are somewhat limited. However we happened to get a very positive reference for Seaside Roofing from friends on the Cape. The project was just finished today 7/16/24 and we are quite pleased with the contractor's work. Beyond the very positive reference we obtained what progressed throughout the project from quote to completion was the business like behavior of the owner. His initial quote was prompt and reasonable. He specified quality materials. Initially I was to do preparatory work prior to the project. However in dialoging he offered to complete this work saving me nearly a1000 mile work trip. His quote for this work was reasonable as well.
It is so hard to find and entrust many contractors these days. When you find one that is good to his word, is willing to work with the home owner and delivers a high quality product it is rare.
