Benny and his crew are the best. He was recommended by a framer and overall construction guy who had done a fabulous job on an extensive kitchen remodel a few years ago. We developed a fairly small leak that was only bad when the wind was strong and exactly perpendicular to our house. Benny spent a long time up in the crawlspace and came down disappointed that he couldn't locate it exactly. He could see and photographed water stains on beams and joists, but could not locate the precise origin. Water can travel in weird ways. So he recommended replacing the whole field (about 450 sq. ft.) His price was very fair, his crew were prompt and hard working (whole job done in a day). They discovered the source of the problem: a poorly executed patch done some years ago, and several nails that had popped out over time. This happens, he told me, when the nails aren't long enough: 3/4 in instead of inch and a 1/2. He uses the longer ones. Now I am a very happy man. He also recommended a good painter to scrape and patch and paint the ceiling. Now for a change I DO PRAY for rain.
