Permits
- Building permit records show that Selective Homes, LLC has worked on 23 permitted projects.
It has taken over 3 years for Selective Homes to build the house I was under contract for. Then the builder wanted to charge me an extra 100k. When I asked to see proof of cost increase he refused. I had to take the builder to arbitration because 3 years after signing to build, the house was still left with broken windows, cracked concrete and overall "poor" quality of work (not my opinion but the opinion of 3 experts). I was given an award by the arbitrator, as Selective Homes appeal was denied, and months later Selective Homes has still not paid the award.
