I had to hire a second contractor to repair a structural issue after I had a complete kitchen remodel done by Kitchen Experts of California, Pleasanton, CA. As far as I can tell Bains Development corrected the structural issue, but in the process they did cosmetic damage to items that were previously perfect. When I hired Vagish from Bains, he assured me that they were a 'professional" company and I didn't have to worry about any of my items (cabinets, countertops or appliances) being damaged. I trusted his word, but I was wrong. My brand new Bosch refrigerator got scratched and most of my cabinets also got scratched. I had to accept all the damage Bains caused because I didn't want to deal with them any longer.
