Our water heater stopped working on a Sunday night and thought it was on it's last legs. We purchased a new heater from Lowe's who contracted with Serratos for the installation. They came to our home at 5:30pm and inspected our heater. They could not find any issues with it and checked all the moving pieces. After some testing, they in good conscience couldn't allow us to replace a working appliance that looked like new in their opinion. They agreed to take the heater back to the store and explain the situation. We were so appreciate of their advice and honesty that we will definitely be utilizing Serratos for any future assistance we may need.
