Our experience working with Serv Pools is we are left a year later with a pool that is leaking and our structure is cracked. Serv Pools is not being responsive to our messages and I know of 5 people that have issues with this Pool company. I would give it a negative star if I could.

Awful experience! Abandoned the project way before completion! Permits not pulled, etc. Shady and will take your money and leave you cleaning up the crap show they leave behind! Soooo many problems, I can’t even list them all! I am having to pay subs AGAIN personally to finish the job. Awful, awful, awful! Don’t walk, RUN from this so-called company.

Only had the pool 4 months Not happy with the pool. Every time it rains the whole patio is flooded to the back door. Overflow drain doesn’t work. Called and sent mess with return calls.
