Beni is definitely one of the best kitchen remodeling contractors we have worked with...for several reasons: a. the kitchen remodeling job was completed much better than the way we wanted it to be. b. His estimate and price break down was very clear and he didn’t pass it and kept it firm. He was able to recommend us to his vendors so we can get additional discount on most of the materials which made our life much easier. All the people that worked at our house were nice and professional while they did all they could in order to make this remodeling much convenient and easy for us.

In the past, we hired them to remodel our master bedroom and laundry room and we were very happy with them and the quality of their work, that each time we wanted to remodel something, SES builders was the first one we called and hired. Lior and his team worked for 3 weeks in my home remodeling it and I couldn't recommend them more. From the very first meeting that we had at my house, Lior was personal, professional, and crystal clear about what he can do and how much he will charge. He had been recommended to me by a close friend so I decided to give him a shot by hiring him for my house remodeling and everything went very smoothly. Lior’s workers protected the floors and windows during the remodeling and worked fast and efficiently, communicated what stage they were at. Lior visited the house often and he communicate with me about what payments were due and when, He asked me creative questions about finishes along the way (as well as sharing their opinions about what they recommended). His team, who spends most of the time on the house doing the actual work, were all very respectful of my space, equally professional, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. In the end, Lior's even checked in to make sure I was happy with the work, and sent over guys to do light touch ups. I couldn't recommend them more

We enjoyed very much by hiring and working with Roi including the whole office staff at Sunshine builders! The purpose of hiring them was to remodel our master bathroom and master bedroom. Everything in this remodeling project came out gorgeously, on time and a little bit below the budget. During the work that they did, we had no surprises that caused any delay or increase on budget. In the master bedroom Roi had to remove the whole popcorn ceiling, add new coat of fresh paint and changed all the baseboards with the crown moldings. In the master bathroom, we basically did everything: custom new vanity with 2 sinks, marble countertops, 18x18 tile floor with large medallion in the middle, new shower with jets system, new LED lighting and bathroom heater. The crew and the few sub-contractors were polite, skilled, on time and loyal too. Roi on the other hand was good at hid ideas when we needed to implement few features but didn’t know how, and he wasn’t pushy at all. He really heard us and understood what we really want to get, needed and be comfortable with – when it comes to budget, storage and functionality, he was the perfect person to work with. The verity of decisions and options is always endless, but Roi was a great source and he provided us with a lots of excellent ideas. We are happy with the work and Sunshine builders and we will use them again when we are ready to do another remodeling project.

I picked him for a full renovation project, we did full kitchen renovation, bathrooms, knocked 3 walls down, exterior was completely redone as well, including a new pool, Stucco, Paint and new drywall where we knocked the walls down. The job was done in 3 months.I was amazed by how many people worked in one day!

I have recently done a bathroom remodeling project at my house and I hired SES builders to do it. My initial meeting was with Jacob. I must admit that now when my new bathroom is completed, Jacob and his workers did an excellent job and more than that, it was done very fast and before the due date that he set when I signed the agreements. All of them were polite and efficient from the moment they stepped in to my house till the last day when the project was completed. The whole process went smoothly and without any problem while Jacob communicate with me on a daily basis either by text or by a phone call providing me with a status of what have been done that same day. Even after the project was completed, Jacob came back for a shot visit in order to make sure that I don’t have any issue or problem. The custom Shower glass door was ready and arrived to the house several days after all the workers finished the work and Jacob came over with his 2 guys and they installed the custom door that I ordered and arrived late. I would recommend him to friends and would also work with him again.

From our first phone conversation that we had with Eli at SES builders, I understood that this is a different company that work differently from all the other ones. Eli really understood the value of the relationship that must have when a remodeling project is achieved and he understood clearly our expectations. During our meetings at our that house, Eli didn’t relied just on our personal design concepts and more than that, his design process started with our design preferences and included additional solutions to several items that we wanted to have but unfortunately they couldn’t be implemented. One of the ideas of Eli was to take down one wall that separated our kitchen from the rest of the house and we loved that idea because it made the house with a much larger open space. The remodeling went fast and Eli made sure that the crew will work at the house on a daily basis making sure that the daily tasks will be accomplished. While the work was in progress, Eli went with us to several vendors in order to select the right materials for our remodeling. We are very happy with everything they did for us and our remodeling present how professional and knowledgeable this company is as well as thorough and original.

Last month we renovated our pool and 2 bathrooms. We didn't have any ideas in mind. Shira was helping us choosing tiles, matching it to the entire house and helped us find good prices.
She was always available to answer our calls and respond to every question we had.

I loved working with this contractor, it was a win-win experience for me because I got great value for my money and I got the addition I wanted. Before hiring them, I met with several other contractors but on meeting SES, I finally found the contractor for me. They listened to my ideas and what I wanted and complemented that with superb suggestions that really made the project stand out. We did a full glass-walled addition that extended the footage of my home and brought so much flair and value to my home.

We hired SES builders to remodel and redesign our home. We wanted to put down some walls and repurpose a few rooms, as well as redesign the kitchen and bathrooms. It was a lot but when they broke down the job into phases I was glad we decided to hire them. we got solutions to problems we didn’t look into at the time and professional advice for every phase of the remodeling project. Joe and his team of workers including the other contractors I worked with on this project were phenomenal from start to finish and I loved every bit of it. The quality they brought to the table is outstanding. For a garage conversion, albeit a fairly large garage, it was kind of tough converting it into a new leaving area, but these guys knocked the ball out of the park. The materials, trade-offs, and procurement choices were just brilliant, I watched as everything came to a satisfying finish. I highly recommend this contractor if you want the best. Thankful.

You should have seen my backyard before SES, it was a mess, overgrown weeds, and wasted space. I’ve been longing to put it to good use and I finally did. Eli and his team did a great job optimizing the space and the landscape. They added some hard elements, a walkway, and a relaxation area with a cover. It looks amazing. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is amazing but what I loved most was the commitment they showed. It was like working with a partner who had shares in the property. I loved it.

For me it was an option between room addition or getting a new home, I just didn’t have the money to purchase a new home right now, so I went for the next best thing Room addition and remodeling, and who better to help with that if not SES. I got several recommendations and advice that adding a new room can also add value to your home in case you wanted to sell, later on, so for me, it was a no-brainer. Looking at the spectacular results of this improvement I can see why. SES Builders deserves all the recognition it gets because they are making better homes.

I am in love with this new look, nothing compares to seeing your dreams take form and shape. My vision for a home was captured perfectly by SES and executed in a very professional way. We did a breakdown of the home, changed the structure and implemented the new design. It took its time and got really complex at some point, that I almost couldn’t interpret, but it all came together beautifully. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living room are all lovely. It just shows what a builder can accomplish when their hearts are in the job. Worthy of 5 stars.

Since we remodeled our home, anyone who visits has always been asking about the contractor and about what a great job they did. I have been recommending them in real life and now to do the same here. My experience with SES was indeed life-changing. They made my home the star in the neighborhood. I think it’s a unanimous comment when we say, we loved Eli and his team at SES builders because my spouse and I are so happy with the results of the remodeling. We added a new room and did some internal redesign to even things up, it looks perfect. Throughout the remodeling period, they were able to provide us with accurate information on every stage of the job as we requested and they carried us along every step of the way in case there was something we wanted to change. We got to know about SES builders from just a google search, but to settle we did a lot of selecting, sitting down with several contractors until one showed the promise we were in the market for and that was SES. Our bathrooms and kitchen are fairly big so we knew right from the start we would spend more than average but it didn’t matter as long as we got value. And, that is what we got, a tremendous value that has set our house apart. They managed the project professionally and delivered the results we wanted.

Ignored my concerns, did not provide detailed line item estimate. Quote was for labor only (I told them I would procure materials). My b.s. meter went off the charts. 2 Project Managers unprofessional- asked about personal income and home equity and both dressed like they were in high school/college. One project manager a bit condescending about not wasting his time. Poor customer service.

I used Guy at SES Builders and his team of professionals for an addition and the master bathroom remodeling. My entire experience with all the people that were involved in that remodeling was excellent and productive! I worked with Guy and his crew hand by hand and we met and talked on a daily basis in regards to the progress of the project. His extra attention to all the details even the smallest ones made us very proud at him and mainly on our right decision on finding him and the company he works for. Originally, we had our concept and vision on what we want to get but Guy highlighted them and implement most of them into the project which brought our dream to a complete success. We added approximately 350 sf/ft to the house which supposed to be a guest room with a small bathroom. After many thoughts and meetings with Guy, we decided to have it as an entertainment space including the installation of a wet bar and a built in refrigerator. As far as the bathroom: we included a closed bathroom that included a shower and toilet with frameless door. We absolutely recommend Guy and anyone from the people that was involved in our project to anyone who looking or thinking for any type of home improvement project at their house.

We cannot write enough words about how happy are we with our kitchen remodeling that was done by SES builders and managed by Eli and his team of workers. His tremendous he started by helping us selecting the cabinets for the kitchen, floors, tiles, marble counter tops and all the finishing items such as the handles and more… more than that, all the office staff that were involved too, were very professional and polite during the entire work. In addition to that, the sub-contractors and vendors were also professional, experts, knowledgeable and honest in their tasks. The remodeling was finished on time and within our budget. They were well-ordered and the house was cleaned up after each day of work before they left the house for the day. We could not be happier and the new kitchen is absolutely gorgeous. More than all the above, Eli didn’t try to either pressure us to sign any contract or to push us to add more items that we don’t need.

We can’t be more satisfied with our experience with SES Builders. We hire them to do a complicated large addition at our house. This was the first time for us that we did such a large remodeling job and Gilad was an expert, easygoing and very creative during the whole remodeling project. Gilad never pushed us, was available when we contacted him, patient and supportive as we select and purchased a lot of materials.

We hired Eli at SES Builders for a large remodeling project. The remodeling project that he did for us was to replace the entire roof at our house and then to remodel completely the kitchen and master bathroom. Eli worked on the 3 sections of the house at the same time with several team of people that each one was a professional one at his trades. The old roof was an old one and once the old roof was removed, the roofing team started to install the new one under the supervision of Eli. Inside the house, we had another team of people that worked on the kitchen and master bathroom. At the end of the kitchen demolition, Eli noticed a large mold behind the sink cabinets. Eli was able to immediately inspect it and he provided us with an advice on what to do. As soon as that problem was solved, the rest of the remodeling project went very smoothly and without any issues. The remodeling was finished pretty fast due to the fact that all the people that worked at our house, worked on a daily basis and Eli visited the house each day and made sure that everything is going according to the plan. SES Builders did remarkable remodeling job on the roof, kitchen and master bathroom. More than that, he helped us to get the great deals for all the appliances and finishing hardware for our house.

The crew showed up every day and on time, the office staff took care of all the permits and plans, and the supervisor made sure that all the inspections will pass and signed off by the city. The completion of the work took 3 months and the craftsmanship is remarkable!

We hired SES builders to do a complete kitchen remodeling and enlarge the existing space by expanding the walls several feet to the patio area. The new kitchen included the installation of the upper and lower cabinets, new paint, new backsplash, marble counter top, LED lighting and new dishwasher, stove and range. Eli, the project manager and Raquel (the lady that we worked with in regards to all the documents, payments and permits) from the office who did an outstanding job helping us. During the work, we clearly noticed that they were always made sure that the costs will remain the same and won’t pass the budget that was set at first and they made sure the job was done accurately. All the sub-contractors that they employed for our house (carpenters, electricians, painters etc.) were outstanding, qualified and experienced. We were very fascinated that our project Eli was able to complete the entire kitchen few days earlier than he promised us. We were always given a personal attention by Eli, who was very good in communication and organized and by Raquel. The new kitchen looks perfect and very useful and we strongly recommend them and we will hire them again for any remodeling project we may have.

Our master bedroom closet came out great due to the work of SES builders. Eli was the person that we worked with and he made a design for us of us. His design included all the items that we wanted to have in the closet. The closets, were purchased from a vendor that is working with the company for a while now. We were impress to know that SES builders is working with them a lot in regards to closets, kitchens and bathroom. The work took almost 3 days from start to finish by 3 guys.

SES builders was hired by us to remodel the kitchen. The work was handled and managed by Eli and his team of workers from the company. At first, we started with a design of the kitchen and what type of materials we should use. Eli have a lot of experience with this type of projects and that helped us a lot and save a tons of time. When the project started, Eli made it so easy and detailed about each stage of the work. During the remodeling, we asked Eli to give us another estimate for the master bathroom and to see if we can implement that as well in the same work. Eli was able to do that and because his workers were at the house working, he was able to give us additional discount which made it more worth to do. After 4 weeks of intensive remodeling, the project was completed and the results came out better than we thought.

Great company to hire! Eli and Beni worked with us at our remodeling project that included paint, Remove a wall, built a closet and install new floor at one of the bedrooms at our house. Eli was the person that we dealt about what we want to do and Beni supervised the whole work with the workers that came over each day to the house. The work went pretty fast and the work that they did came out very nice and in good quality. We had no problem during the remodeling and Beni took care of all the concerns that we had.

My home is over 10 years old and we finally decided to do a kitchen update. I hired SES builders to design and implement the new kitchen and make it practical for us. Ilan came up with a great design of the kitchen and he actually took the time to listen to us and to truly understand our needs. Ilan and his workers on top of his sub-contractors, worked together in a professional manner to deliver the kitchen I wanted and the result are wonderful. His crew were always on time and I was overwhelmed with the schedule and the daily tasks routine they had and mostly the cleaning at the end of each day. When the remodeling was completed, I noticed of several problems. I called Ilan at SES builders and he came out right away and fixed them all. We are now thinking of hiring them again to remodel the bathrooms at our house.

A few months ago, my wife and I had SES builders remodel our Master Bathroom and master bedroom. Our Project Manager Earn was totally remarkable person to deal with. We couldn’t be happier. Our house need a remodeling for the bathroom and some other parts. I contacted SES builders and I asked them to schedule a meeting with them. To the initial meeting, they sent Eli (A manager). Eli was professional and with lot of imagination in design and saving spaces. His ideas were very good and I was able to take some of them into my consideration. The bathroom remodeling that I finally did, included new floor, Shower system, Tiles in the walls as well, nice vanity and some lights. Eli and his people worked each day at my house making sure that everything is going according to the plan. The payments scheduled were done according to the stages that they completed and Eli didn't push me to make a payment ONLY after he completed the stage. The new bathroom was completely remodeled within 1 month of work and this included several problems that I had and that Eli made sure to fix them right away.

Have used SES builders for few improvement projects at our house. We started with the remodeling of our guest bathroom and the remodeling process went very smooth with the staff and Eli. From our first contact with Eli, continue with the design and then with the project completion. The remodeling was top quality and looks beautiful. After we finished with this remodeling, we hired him again to paint the house and also that work, went very good and without any problem. Due to our satisfaction with them, we will hire Eli on our future remodeling projects. We do recommend them without any hesitations to others.

We are very happy and pleased with the work that SES builders did at my house! The new kitchen is basically everything we expected for. The remodeling work involved the extending of an outside wall to extend the kitchen space. Ilan and his crew were in the house each day including half Sundays. SES builders is a for sure a professional company that handled any problem that raises up during the work (and there were some…). They were always on time and made sure to leave a clean work space at the end of each day. The kitchen remodeling included all new appliances, upper and lower cabinets, travertine tile, marble and new hard wood floors throughout the whole house, lighting fixtures and new garden kitchen window. The kitchen was completed within 6 weeks and we are already planning on hiring them for another remodeling project in the near future.

We wanted to have them paint the house, replace the windows with a double sided glass and add 2 patio doors that will give us a bigger opening space from the house to the back yard and to rebuilt the kitchen. The windows that we Eli replace for us were a double glass windows with special film (UV film). In the patio, we wanted to have bigger opening that will allow us to be inside the house while getting the feeling of being outside. Eli's people did a perfect job on that too. The last item that we did was to paint the house inside and also some touch ups outside. Eli brought to the house several people that came over and worked area by area and making sure that we can live at the rest of the house. He really heard us and understood what we really want to get, needed and be comfortable with – when it comes to budget, storage and functionality, he was the perfect person to work with. The verity of decisions and options is always endless, but Roi was a great source and he provided us with a lots of excellent ideas. We are happy with the work and Sunshine builders and we will use them again when we are ready to do another remodeling project.

I did a large scale remodeling project of my house in Whittier, with SES builders. They did the perfect remodeling job on top of the service and quality that all together were much higher than perfect. All the remodeling sections at the house were teared down to the studs and re-built based on a design that was made by them. Eli was an amazing, skilled, straight forward person that know very well how to take care of everything from start to finish! I absolutely recommend them!

Our garage had some cracks on the concrete floor and the walls needed to have drywall and lights. Eli from SES builders came over to the house and took a look at what we wanted to do. The work included a full repair of the floor including new special paint for garage and to install drywall all around the garage. The lighting that we needed was regular lights that we needed to connect to the existing lighting switches. The work was done by 3 guys and were managed by Eli himself. Eli made sure to come over and see how the cracks are being fixed. After a full week of working, the workers painted the floor and walls.

From our initial meeting and all the way to the last walk-through, Eli and his professional crew of people including the sub-contractors did an astonishing job! I truly cannot write enough great things here in this review about SES builders. We updated our kitchen space while added more space for all the back of the house including the den. Eli was able to meet all of our expectations including the main thing which is to complete the remodeling work on time and within our budget while making sure that there will be no hidden charges to the project. All the people that did the actual work were professional, hardworking, and resourceful and dedicated to our project. Eli and our main guy made themselves available whenever we contacted them and they informed us about everything that should have our attention during the work. We know that there are so many construction companies out there that can say "I can do the job". When in reality they can’t, however, we are positive that there won’t be many contractors out there who would take care of us like Eli and his company actually did. We sure that on our next home renovation or remodeling we will use only SES builders. And we recommend anyone do the same.

The pipes in my house were old and I started to have some leaks here and there. After a search for a company that can do that work, I came across SES builders. Eli the person I spoke to, was nice and straight to the point. We schedule a meeting and he made it on time. He look all around the house and he said he can do it. Within 1 day, I had an estimate for the work. The price fit my budget and I signed the agreement. Overall, the work took almost 3 weeks from the day it started. I’m very happy with the result and happier with the thankless system he installed too. I didn’t have any problem with any of the workers of Eli or with Eli as well. Everything went good.

Ad part of our research for a contractor, we got a reference from a friend that SES builders is a great construction company that deliver a great work and that we will be will happy with them. From the early meetings that we had with Eli to go over our requirements and financial plan, to the completed work, there was never a time when we felt that we did any kind of a mistake by hiring him. We our remodeling project included several parts on our home, we knew we wanted to have someone who we would be comfortable with, honest, quality person and who knew his skills. Eli was our guy! SES builders installed new windows throughout the house and completely remodeled the master bathroom. SES builders did a complete remodeling of my kitchen. In my previous residence, I did several remodeling projects and it gave me a good experience with contractors. This recent experience with SES was very confident and skilled. I truly valued the guidance and help that I got from Eli by joining me to go and select all the quality materials that I needed to this remodeling and mainly that they will fall into my budget. Eli also referred me to some websites where I could get ideas and to browse materials and examples of how those materials can be combined and used in the kitchen project. I was also visited few home improvement stores and took photos of materials and stainless steel appliances that I considered of using. Eli gave me a lot of valuable comments about the photos that I took and helped me sort them and to focus on the ones that I can buy. After the work started, Eli made sure to be on top of everything and to make sure that the people that doing the work itself, will do it on the best side and without any mistakes. This company (SES builders) proved to me how great they are! It’s hard to remodel a house especially when you don t know where to start from or what to begin with. I found SES builders on several places including a magazine and I called to their office and spoke to Raqel. Raqel scheduled an appointment with Eli and she also called me an hour before to confirm the appointment. Eli came over and after a 2 hours meeting, he was able to give me an estimate for the kitchen. He was so good of explaining the all the building and safety codes so I was pretty amazed with his knowledge .He didn't push me to sign anything like other companies did and he wanted to have another meeting with me in order to show me a design of the new kitchen. I liked that so, after the second appointment and looking at his new design of the kitchen, I decided to hire him. His team of demolition people, carpenters, framers etc... Was so knowledgeable and clean .This guys do know how to take care of customers and how to work clean and good. Eli was coming almost every day to check the work and go over the details with me again in order to make sure we don’t miss anything and that I’m happy with the current progress. The job turn out great .Eli made sure that I will not have to pay any other fee more over the contract. I would recommend him to all my friend. I am very HAPPY

SES builders did a great job by removing the old windows and installing new ones. We could not be more pleased with the overall service that we got from them and with the great price. The crew that was involved at our house was polite and kind. They didn't leave any mess and even reinstalled our window treatments that we removed before the work started. During the work, we also asked Eli to check and replace the ducts at the attic including the insulation. Eli gave us a good price on that work too and we went ahead and did that too. We would recommend them to anyone who is interesting in a similar job as ours and we will hire them in the future.

The work that we needed in the garage was to relocate the water heater, Install insulation and dry wall on all the walls, paint the garage floor with special paint and install lighting and outlets. Eli the supervisor was the person that we dealt. Eli is a great funny guy that knows what he is doing. He made sure that the garage will come out on the best side with no mistakes. We appreciate their work and we do recommend them to others.

We wanted to remodel our bathroom and deck at our house. After meeting and interviewing close to 7 contractors for the remodeling, we narrowed our list to Eli from SES builders and to another contractor. I can write that it was a very tough decision to make. I think that It’s rare to find two contractors that we really liked. After our several thinking about who to hire, we ended up hiring Eli and his team and not the other contractor. From all the contractors that we were in contact with, SES was the fastest to come up with estimate for the work, after he understood very well about what we want and what our vision is. The bathroom remodeling project was basically a complete tear down of the old one and designing and building a new one. Everything went according to plan and the design and the preparation of everything, made it much better than on papers…
On the other part of the remodeling, our old deck needed to have all new wood and paint. Eli was able to do it too. At the end of the work, we decided to add also a shade that will be automatically completely. Eli connected us with one of his vendors and he also did a great job.

Eli and is professional team of people (from designer to painter) did an excellent job on my house when they did a complete remodeling of the kitchen, bedrooms and laundry room. On top of his crew, Eli had few sub-contractors (such as electrician, cabinet maker and plumber) who were professional and top notch as well. I am very satisfied and impressed with the quality of all the work. His designer Joan did a great job on her part with an awesome design and more than that, she guiding me on how to maximized the space and her advices made it easy to make all of the design decisions. Now the work is complete and I use the spaces, I can say that I truly love the new kitchen, bedrooms and laundry room. Eli work just keep bringing a great smile each time I am home. The results exceeded my beliefs!!

We have worked with SES builders in the past. This time we hired them on a project that included expanding the back of the house. The project included a new laundry room, 2 bathrooms and a new bedroom. We are happy with the work that they did. The work was done on time (based on the scheduled) and they completed it a little bit before the schedule. The price for this work was good compare to the quality of the work. The care from the supervisor (Eli) to the small details was outstanding and we felt that we had the company full devotion. SES builders tried their best to speed up the remodeling so they will complete it on time and because the workers couldn’t work for few days due to deliveries of some materials and some permits issues. Everyone at SES builder's customer service is very nice and Eli's over backward to help. Two thumbs up to Leslie. Over all would strongly recommend SES builders for bigger projects.

We remodeled our kitchen, living room and guest bathroom few months ago with SES builders. We are very happy, pleased and proud of our selves that we selected Eli from all the other ones that we met and talked to. I was totally pleased and proud to hire and have Eli from SES builders at my house for my 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. My satisfaction was with the vision, design, implementation and high quality of the project and all the attention that was placed into the actual construction work at my house and will not think twice to have them again for other projects. The project was to redesign about everything at the spaces including a new paint work and to relocate the laundry room too. The bathrooms remodeling also included the removal of the existing bathtub with a new shower, toilet, 2 sinks with the custom vanity and medicine cabinets.

We hired SES builders for our total kitchen remodeling that besides replacing all the cabinets, appliances, island, and paint and more… we did do additional things:
- We added a large recirculating pump for the hot water.
- We upgraded the electric panel.
- We installed new hardwood floors in the living and dining rooms areas.
Jacob was the person that designed and implemented the whole remodeling and supervised his crew of people each day. His supervision on the project, helped us a lot that lead into much less stress and concerns than we estimated. The office manager that was in charged on our project, did a wonderful job by coordinating, communicating, and billing us while the working crew and sub-contractors were polite, kindly, professional and hard working people. The project took less than 5 weeks from start to finish. The final price that we received and paid was not the cheapest, but the level of the quality, comfort & trust we had with SES builders was more than just worth it.

Our kitchen needed to have a good and massive renovation. After we saw the offer from SES builders, and compared it to others, we hired them. Eli promised us that it will be complete before 3 weeks and it did. All the items that he promised us, he gave us. His attention to details was something that we recommend by item self to everyone. The cabinets that we used were USA made and they matched exactly to what we wanted. To make myself more clear, the kitchen included, paint, appliances, new cabinets (oak Color), and counter-top. Our house required the replacement of the roof and while we needed to do it, we decided also to remodel the kitchen and master bathroom. Few months ago, we hired Eli at SES builders to do a major renovation at our house that included the kitchen, bathrooms, installation of new wood floor for the entire house on top of energy efficient double glass windows and all the doors (inside and out). We were very happy with the whole process of the work from the design stage all the way to the completion of the work. All the materials and finish products were selected by the help of Eli and he made sure always that everything will be delivered on time so the project will not get any delays. Eli is by far the most perfectionist when it comes to his work and his results are always at the highest quality. We are so happy that we hired him for our house and our next plan is to hire him again for our next remodeling of our backyard and front yard!

We spent over 5 months researching for a contractor that can remodel our kitchen before making our decision on will we hire. We got few estimates and in home consultations, and finally found SES builders. SES builders have been nothing but exceptional! Eli is a brilliant adviser. He was original, comprehensive, bright and loving. His wide knowledge is particularly helpful when it comes to decisions making. We had several meetings with Eli from Sunshine builders regarding to the kitchen that we want to remodel and what is our vision and goals. After he heard our thoughts, requests and fears, he came up with an incredible, open space kitchen and dining room area that came out much more stunning than we imagined. Not only does our new space look spectacular, it’s unique and very functional. Remarkably, Eli and all the people that were involved in our remodeling project, were professionals, hard-working people who really showed us that they care and treated it like it was their own home. We just finished our kitchen remodeling project and we have to write here that SES builders did a great job and they beat our anticipations! While we were seating and talking about the technical aspects of the remodeling, Eli (our project manager) told us that the project will take anytime between 1.5 moths to 2 months at most and during that time, the workers and the sub-contractors will work on a daily basis making sure that everything will be done. Our expectations regarding the remodeling was that it will pass that time because they had to do so much and we thought that this time will not be enough. In fact, the workers did came each day to the house and they arrived on time while working very hard. The remodeling was completed in exactly a month and 5 days! We still cannot believe how they could finish it in such period of time, and in a great results. This great experience insured them that we will hire them again in the future for any additional work that we might do and we will never hire someone else other than SES builders because they are skilled, professional and they do care about the satisfaction of their customers while focusing on what the client want before offering anything. We do recommend them to whoever needs any remodeling for their house or office.

We can only write good things about this company here. Eli treated us very nice and he made us very happy by completing our remodeling on the best side he could! At first, we were looking to replace some gutters that were no good and we were also thinking about remodeling the kitchen (something that we wanted to do for a long time). Eli provided us with anything we needed to know and he took care of all the hard things such as ordering the materials, helping with the selection of colors, type of items etc.... and mostly made sure that they will arrived on time so no delays will occurred. The gutters were the first things that were replaced within several days and the kitchen was complete after 4 weeks of day to day work. We do recommend this company to whoever will want to work with a reliable and honest company.

I must say that I was more than happy to have Jacob and his team of workers at my house remodeling my master bathroom. Jacob is definitely a great and professional contractor. His knowledge and experience was proven by this work and all my doubts has been removed during the work. Jacob did a project at my neighbor house and I was able to see the work progress there. Jacob came over to my house to see and understand what I would like to do and if my budget to this work is good. The work started with a meeting that Jacob came and saw the bathroom. He explained to me the advantages or minuses of some of the things that I wanted and during the second meeting, he was much more specific about what I can do. What I loved most was that the price that I got in the estimate, was in fact the final price as Jacob promised at the first time he came over. The new bathroom came out more than I expected and I will definitely hire him again in the future.

We hired SES builders for our master bathroom remodeling. The entire remodeling experience was very smooth from start to finish. Eli was very honest and reliable person during the whole time of the work. He was at the house very often just to make sure that everything is going according to the plan and that we are happy with each completion of any stage during the work. His crew arrived on time each day during the week and they were very nice people. Eli checked in every morning with the crew to check and see if we have any comments or concerns. The Bathroom remodeling was completed few days before the agreed date and we are excited with how it came out. We highly recommend SES builders and we will not think twice to hire them again!

The bathroom space is big. We needed to remodel the bathroom and add 2 windows so more light will get inside. The bathroom remodeling package included: new floor, new Jacuzzi, shower and vanity the bathroom remodeling took less than a month. And while all the materials was on the way to the house, the workers were able to replace the floor and complete the windows and paint. All our conversations with all the people from their office and workers were nice and professional. We didn't need to reschedule any appointment and they came on time and day that was setup. Their warranty included 1 full year on labor too. - So this was great for us.

I have not had the pleasure of hiring Eli at SES builders for upgrading my landscape plantings, build a new fire pit with seating area, replace all the existing backyard floor with new stamp concrete one, Adding an awning system that will be useful during summer time and mainly to add a nice BBQ spot. I was very happy with SES builders and I was a somehow concerned how this whole work will come out. After the first few days of the actual work, I knew that the work will be done on the best side and Eli will deliver exactly what I wanted. My backyard is now done and it has never looked so beautiful than it is right now. Eli did a wonderful job and his planning and understanding what I want was fully worth it! More than that, Eli spent almost a week with us to find the right materials for this work and this part was the worst part BUT at the end… I appreciated all the time and affords that he put into this part of the work. Eli was really on top of everything and he did so much just to see how I’m pleased and happy with the work and progress. All the people that did the actual work were easygoing, resourceful, and skilled and were willing to spend the extra time by making sure that perfection will be the right definition for the work they do and they always found the time to talk with me about issues or problems that happened. I'm writing this review because me and my husband were very happy with the work that they did! Eli is a great person to work with and we felt that he is professional person that try hard to make us happy by doing a lot of things that we never included in the job even. The workers also were happy and they mentioned several times that they want to do this bathroom remodeling project on the best side. The project that they did for us included the new floor and replacing the shower with a large bath tub with stone walls all over the tub. In addition to that we replaced all the light fixtures and the outlets/switches as well. We love the new bathroom and we do recommend this company.

My wife and I hired SES builders to build a laundry room addition for us and to expand the garage to fit an additional 2 cars. We are very satisfied and happy with how the work came out and with the workmanship and efficiency of all the people that worked on this project. The remodeling work was completed in a good timely while they focus on sticking into the budget and not increasing it at all. We are in love with how the new laundry room addition came out and with the huge garage space that we use for our cars. This was not the first time that we hired Eli and his team of workers from SES builders to help us remodeling a large area at our house and to turn it into an absolutely amazing living space. We feel that we just purchased a new home! Simple as that. Although our home is practically less than 10 years old, we felt that our old contractor and designer, choose at that time items that were dated and plain. We spent ridiculous amounts of money on materials and finish items at that time that ended up not wearing well and looked worn, the floors that we installed then, were discoloring and looked really bad during the years. At first, Eli met with us to discuss and understand what goals we want to get and the million dollar question which was what is our budget. Since the kitchen, dining room and the sunroom are all connected in one living space, Eli wanted to make sure that our new furniture will still rolled with the existing kitchen furniture such as the high chairs and bar. At the end of the work, we can’t explain how much we love the whole work and items that Eli and his designer Michelle helped us selected and we are extremely grateful that Michelle remained well within our vision and Eli behind out original budget. We had a great experience with SES builders. We got involved with at least 10 people from the company and they were all nice and professional. Each question that we asked, we got an answer - so we thank them for that. The starting point was to come and measure and then to bring us a design of the new look. From 2 samples, we selected the design that we really liked for to our budget. The work started with the demo. It was fast and clean as they could. The workers came over, worked and were able to listen to us when we asked something.

Our complete kitchen remodeling was done by SES builders and certainly was beyond our expectations and much more than what we could imagined. The reason for that was not only because the high quality of the products and materials, but because the people SES Builders have on their staff. At first, we met with the designer Michael and we explained to him what goal we would like to achieve and what type of style we love and want to have. Our feeling after that meeting was that he can design our amazing kitchen without any doubts. He used his significant talents and skills to design the kitchen with solutions that we never thought we can have or get. Later on, we met with Ilan who managed this whole remodeling including his team of workers. Ilan arrived to the house each morning to see what the crew will do that day and he left at the end of the day after making sure that the space is clean. The new kitchen came out completely different that the old one and with much more space and storage while the new appliances, counter top and cabinets added big amount of beauty. We'll hire SES Builders again for our next remodeling project.

SES builders did a spectacular job on our home remodel! They took a very tired, dated house and turned it into a beautiful home. This was our first experience with remodeling, and from planning the layout to finish - they made every step easy for us. Eli and Benni were in touch throughout the entire process, so there were no surprises, and it took a lot of the stress out of the renovation. They had fantastic crews who pay particular attention to detail to make everything perfect. They showed up on time, worked until they were finished, and cleaned up - every time. We especially appreciated their expert guidance and suggestions throughout the process. These guys are the best! We love this company and would happily recommend them to anyone else and plan to use them again.

Our first meeting with the salesman Beni went pretty good! He came on time and was able to answer us with everything we asked. The 3D design that he was able to make for us, covered all the issues and things that we wanted to add. What my wife did was calling to some of the referrals that Beni gave us and all gave her good feedback about the work and service. When we signed the agreement and made our first payment, Beni promise us that at the beginning of the following week, the employees will start work at the house. The following week, his employees came over and start to work at the house. They came each day and worked on several items at once. The electrician, was working as well with the workers and the painter too. After 3 weeks more or less, the kitchen was complete and it came out great. I and my wife love it! So far all is good and working fine.

Last month, my bathroom remodeling project was completed by SES builders. My experience with them during this remodeling was very good mainly with Beni. I decided to hire SES builders because during all my meetings with Beni, it was clear that he did listened me and it was really important for him to know what I really wanted to get, what style do I like and how we can work together in order to fulfill my vision. My bathroom was turned into a brand new bathroom with the type and style of the cabinets and marble counter top that I wanted. I always wanted to have subway tiles and Beni was able to do it and I just love it. As part of this remodeling, Beni also painted the hallway and my master bedroom and also repair the damage in the bedroom wall and ceiling. The remodeling was finished after 3 weeks and went very good. I highly recommend that you give Beni a call.

A while back we used this company for a project at our house. This time, we wanted to make a new kitchen by replacing the cabinets, counter tops etc.…. We contacted Beni and she sent her supervisor (Eli) to our house. He looked at the kitchen and came back the day after with a 3D design of how the new kitchen can look like. The price was a little bit high, but we were able to lower it somehow. The kitchen work took place the following day we signed the documents. Eli promised us that it will be a nonstop work and it will be over less than 3 weeks from the day all the materials will arrived. We are very satisfy with the new kitchen. Eli and Beni did a great work and it was a hassle free! They took care of everything while we took care of the payments as agreed.

After meeting and interviewing many contractors and home improvement companies to renovate our townhome in Calabasas, we decided to hire SES builders. The remodeling project was to completely demolish and redo the inside of it, small part of the outside such as the stucco around the view windows and paint with the same color of the rest of the walls. The remodeling work took 2 months to complete and allowing us to move back to the townhouse. We are very happy with our decision to hire them! SES builders did more than what they promised they would, and the final price was the same as the price we were quoted before we started the work. All the workers and sub-contractors had very high standards and mainly the subcontractors (which we understood that all of them have a very long term relationships with together). Our project manager Beni was at our townhouse each day and oversees the work. The communication between us and Beni was very productive as well. He made sure to inform us about any glitch or problem that occurred during the work, Beni called us and informed us about it and how he will solve it with an explanation. We constantly received photos via text messages and emails of the progress. Even during weekends, we got responses to our concerns and questions. Our new townhome is more than what we had projected it is now have great light, open space, comfy and functional. We cannot praise the work of SES builders enough!

We really love the new bathroom that was remodeled by Roi and his workers. We worked with Roi from start to finish and by doing that, we had no hassle or many people to talk to about anything related to the project at our house. The old bathroom was too old and we wanted to have a new look by replacing and installing everything including the new shower and floor. From the moment we signed and paid the initial payment, Roi made sure to take care of everything and only informed us with the relevant information including, the arrival of any delivery or to go and select the materials. The new bathroom was completed after 3 weeks of work and the last week of the work was to fix and correct the minors issues that we had.

We hired SES builders to remodel our kitchen. The work was managed by Beni and his crew of people. Beni came over the house during the whole time of the remodeling making sure that the work is going as planed and that there are no issues or problems with the work. More than that, he went with us to see and select the cabinets, counter tops, back splash and the rest of the items for the kitchen. The work that he did took close to a month in which there was no problem with any of the people that did the actual work. At the end, Beni came over and did his own inspection before telling us that the work is done and before asking for the final check. We are very happy and we will hire him in the future.

The time frame that Eli needed in order to complete this project was close to 3 weeks During this time Eli visited our house on a daily basis and the workers came to work full days as well. My kitchen remodeling project was performed by Beni and his people. Beni worked at my house for close to 3 weeks. The new kitchen came out good and the crew did a great job. At first Beni made a design that will show how the new kitchen will look like and then his demolition crew took out the old kitchen and started to build the new one. During the work, Beni brought in several subcontractors that each one of them did a different task. From plumbing to electricity.

We researched for a contractor that will be able to design and remodel our master bathroom. As part of our research, we came across SES builders and we met with Lior the project manager. Lior checked the master bathroom and set with us to see what we would like to get, type of style etc... Few days after, we met with him once again and he brought to us a detailed estimate for the remodeling work. Lior is very skilled in his profession and he was very resource in his answers and ideas while providing us with a realistic estimate that met our budget and included the items that we wanted to have. This and his skills were the main reasons why we hired him right away. The working crew was very honest and hardworking people, respectful and picky. The project was completed on the time frame that was set by Lior and the final price didn’t pass the budget, 4 weeks after the work was completed, we called Lior again in order to remodel two additional bathrooms at the house. Lior was always available for us when it came to billings, questions, issues or concerns! This main features…. made it a better remodeling than we could get from any other contractor.

Working with Netanel at SES builders has been a great experience. We had a water damage to our master bathroom which caused us to do a complete remodeling. We heard about many bad stories about contractors that over charging, not finishing the work OR even causing delays. In our project, Netanel and his crew of people showed up each day and worked the whole day. They were honest and kept us (mainly me) in the loop of progress and in case they came across something strange. The work was done clean and perfect. I wanted to take the time and to express my experience and appreciation of the work that was done with SES builders. Few months ago, we decided that it was finally the time to remodel all the bathrooms at the house (3 in total). We search and looked either online or by asking our friends and family in case they know a company that is worth to hire. After several recommendations and good search results, we came across SES builders and we were impressed by their online site and past projects. From what we saw and heard, we decided to call them and to get more information about what we want to do and to hopefully schedule a face to face meeting and to take it from there. To our house arrived Igal and he checked and saw what we would like to achieve and to get from the bathrooms and what is the budget that we can afford. The first meeting was very good and few days later, we got the estimate for the work and Igal asked to meet with us again in order to go over it and see what can be changed. Roi from SES builders assisted us during our major home remodeling where we remodeled out kitchen, dining room and master bedroom. The new remodeling changed completely our house into a brand new place with lots of open space and modern style. It’s now a truly dream house! Great results for good price! Beni form SES builders did an excellent job at my house by remodeling the 2 bathrooms at my house. The first bathroom was the master and the second one was the half bathroom. His work and price included all the materials and labor too. I was very pleased with the work and service that was provided by Lior. Lior and his team of workers remodeled my master bedroom by replacing the carpet, installing a custom fireplace, paint the room, and remodel the master bathroom by replacing all the tiles, vanity, fixtures and plumbing. Lior is very attentive to details and perfection. He did a great job by supervising his people on a daily basis. His total price was very competitive compared to other contractors and mainly there was no hidden charges at the end of the remodeling and his quality of work was exactly what I expected to get for my money! After my research for a good company to remodel my kitchen and to replace the floor at the dining room area, I decided to hire this company for the job. My decision was made after my meetings with several contractors and compare what they offered me. Beni from SES, was able to give me the most things in the estimate and my meeting with him showed me that he can do the job on the best side without me worried about if he will completed it or not. After my meeting with him and reviewing all the documents, Beni start to plan and setup a schedule time frame for the work. The workers start to show up at the house and preforming what they need to do while Beni is monitoring the work on a daily basis. The remodeling took close to a month and I don't recall any problem during the work. I noticed that the workers arrive each day and that the materials are being delivered to the house. Beni and his office staff used to inform me about any delivery that should arrived and he also joined me to select the final materials such as Faucet, tiles, lights, floor etc....
This remodeling project was as easy as it could be for me. Beni heard all my comments and some of them he even adopted and made sure that the workers will implement them.

Lior and his team worked for 3 weeks in my home remodeling it and I couldn't recommend them more. From the very first meeting that we had at my house, Lior was personal, professional, and crystal clear about what he can do and how much he will charge. He had been recommended to me by a close friend so I decided to give him a shot by hiring him for my house remodeling and everything went very smoothly. Lior’s workers protected the floors and windows during the remodeling and worked fast and efficiently, communicated what stage they were at. Lior visited the house often and he communicate with me about what payments were due and when, He asked me creative questions about finishes along the way (as well as sharing their opinions about what they recommended). His team, who spends most of the time on the house doing the actual work, were all very respectful of my space, equally professional, and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. In the end, Lior's even checked in to make sure I was happy with the work, and sent over guys to do light touch ups. I couldn't recommend them more.

I hired SES builders to remodel my master bathroom and the kitchen. In the master bathroom, Lior and his crew removed the old tile floor and install new travertine 18x18, replaced the double sink vanity, new bath tub and install brand new mirrors and faucets. This was finalized with a new coat of paint. In the kitchen, I had them demolished all the old kitchen and install new, large island, upper and lower cabinets, appliances and faucets. Lior did a remarkable work and he was always on time and on top of everything. When we first met with Lior, we explained him what we want and how much we can spend on the project. Lior came up with good estimate that included 3 options of the work. After we agreed on what and how much, the work started few days after. Lior was able to answer each one of our questions and concerns that we had during the work. This gave us a lot of peace of mind mainly because it is a large scale project. SES builders did a kitchen at one of our neighbors and we loved the way it came out. We initiate the first meeting with Beni to see what he can do for us and what kind of kitchen can he build. Beni worked with us hand by hand all the way from the beginning till the end. We were very happy to work with him and to share with him any of our thoughts during the process as well. SES builders worked at me house doing a big remodeling. I had to remodel 2 bathrooms &Kitchen. In addition to that, they installed new hardwood floor around the whole house. The new floor was an engineered floor. The bathrooms remodeling included everything from tiles, vanity, lights, shower and bath tub to paint and switches. The kitchen remodeling included all the new cabinets, island with counter top, new sink, appliances and counter top with back splash. The work was done by several teams of people that managed by the company and they did a great job! I had no issue with the people that worked at my house and more than that, I was in touch with only 1 person (Eli). SES builders did a room addition to our house, it was clear that additions are their specialty. This is our first time remodeling so we were new to the process, Eli, our project manager took a special care of everything that was involved in this addition from revising the plans, helping in choosing the final materials, purchasing them and making sure that they will arrive to the house on time so all the workers will keep working without stopping due to missing materials. The whole work went smoothly and without any problem. We are honestly and fully satisfied with the end results and we are so happy that we hired them.
