I tell the Tom Maman about the unfinished project and promise to be finish soonest.
After paying full payment they never call back to finish the project. I have to hire somebody to finish part of the unfinished one. I have to file a complain to CSLB mediation center. I trust them too much but later abandon the project. His project Manager Alon is Good at the start later he didn't bother to call in spite of my text and call. This review is dated 6/24/19 and try to call them again.

Tom and his guys did my kitchen remodeling at my house. The new kitchen that he did included a large island, backsplash, appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove, Cook top and Range hood). Toms work came out very nice and he was able to complete the remodeling in less than a month. All the materials were selected from his vendors and Tom was able to get us a nice discount. During the whole remodeling, Tom visited us often and informed us about the progress and any problem that came up and what solution can solve it. His honesty and professionalism proved itself during this work and we are thankful for that.

We were looking to improve the energy efficiency of our house as we knew we had problems with the insulation and windows. My wife called several companies and after her research, we decided to hire Prestige Construction & Designs to do an energy audit so we better understand what we can do to to make it better. When we got the results, we met with Prestige Construction & Design’s project manager Tom so we will go over the needed work so the house will be more efficient. We were fascinated with the knowledge and the fact that we didn’t got pressured by him to do anything. This was the reason why we decided to hire them for the work which included: New insulation at the attic, exterior special paint, upgrade our electrical panel and replacing all the windows. Tom made sure to keep us informed about the progress of the work, his team were able to handle all the issues that came up and were very professional and efficient by making sure that everything will go smoothly. We were so impressed with the work that we decided to let them take care of the back yard and to do the landscape for us and we must state that it also came out gorgeous! We want to thank Tom for his great service during this remodeling project. It was a pleasure working with him and we would strongly recommend him and Prestige Construction & Designs to whomever is interesting in any type of remodeling!

We hired Tom for a large scale remodeling project for our house. The remodeling included the following: removing a wall that divided the kitchen from the living room, remodel the kitchen and remodel 2 bathrooms. During the whole remodeling project, Tom was very honest with us and he kept us up each day with the progress and if there are any issues or problems that happened that day. More than that, he provided us with few solutions for the problems that came up BUT he left the decision making to us without trying to do the easy and fast solutions. The office staff was very detailed and respectful as well. At the end of the work, Tom delivered the remodeling project not before we were very satisfied and happy with the final results. We will highly recommend Tom and Prestige Construction & Design while we will hire them again for any future work we may have.

Tom and his team of workers remodeled my kitchen and bar including the replacement of the entire floor around the house. The results of this remodeling are astonishingly gorgeous and the details of the work is great. Tom’s team of skilled people worked each day of the week and Tom was with them most of the days. Tom managed and supervised them to make sure they do a good job while the daily tasks were completed and that the details of the work is stay on high level. I strongly recommend him and all the people that were involved in my house remodeling for any home remodeling work. As part of the work, we asked him to also remove the pool cover and the pool area looks much nicer than before. The work that was done by them was finished in no other than ‘a perfect condition’. The kitchen, bar and the pool area are now updated and lovely. Thank you, Tom.

Tom Maman and his crew at Prestige Construction & Design arrived to my house on time each day from day one. They are a group of skilled people. They took all the stress off when it came to remodel my master bathroom. Although the remodeling job was not that big, they did a professional work and anyone can see it when they look at the final bathroom. I really would like to thank all the people that worked at my house. The crew members were clean, fast and honest. I do recommend them very much. Tom Maman was very helpful in designing and sharing ideas. Each time I called or emailed, Tom Maman responded in a fairly time manner. Great job guys!!!

Tom is a really professional person that truly cares about any of his job and work and he put a lot of attention in order to make it a success. During the remodeling work at my house, he was very responsive, on time and works really hard to get everything the right way and no less than perfect! Prestige Construction & Design did for our house an amazing remodeling job. They remodeled my master bathroom, master bedroom, hallway, stairs and the guest bathroom. Tom, our project manager, was very skilled and professional from the beginning we met till the end of the work and his people were very friendly as well. The remodeling project finished much sooner than we imagined they will and we were fascinated by the completed work. The attention to all the details was lot more than we expected. The remodeling work that they did was with high quality and everything looks perfect. Working with them was a truly joy and easy experience and we will contract them for any of our future remodeling.

Prestige Construction & Design did my master bathroom completed recently. The remodeling contained the removal of the old shower, vanities and toilet and install new bathtub, new shower, double vanity, build-in storage shelving, new light and new paint. During the remodeling, the working crew and the office staff were very pleasant, experienced and hard-working people that really care to do a perfect job and without any mistakes. I’m truly enjoying the new master bathroom and I love it very much. During the remodeling, I decided to also remodel the second bathroom at my house. The outcome of the 2 bathrooms is excellent and the whole involvement of myself with them was very good and productive. Their prices were also very competitive and fair (compared to other estimates that I got from other companies). I would recommend and referred Prestige Construction & Design with no hesitations.

Tom is a great person to work with and to deal with! At first, he came over as a courtesy and gave us some ideas about what we can do and he even didn't want to charge us for that visit. His ideas were pretty good and we liked them. We contacted Tom again after a while and asked him if he can give us an estimate for that bathroom and he agreed. His estimate was good and we hired him for that project. Tom communicate with us on each step and made sure to visit our house several times per week to make sure that everything is good. The new bathroom came out very nice and we love it.

I hired Tom at Prestige Construction & Design on two complete bathrooms remodeling project including the kitchen at my house and I was very happy with how it went and mainly came out! Tom and Alon are both wonderful people to work with and it was very useful to have them both do the design and execute it into reality with the amount of expertise they have which made this remodeling a huge success for me. Tom did a marvelous job by listening and understanding my design goals and balancing them with his design skills to come up with a productive, functional and within budget work. Alon was everything I needed for this remodeling from the paperwork aspect of it. He made sure that billing, permits, materials orders and deliveries will be smooth and will arrive on time so the work will keep moving as agreed. Tom’s devotion to all types of details was something that I didn’t think I can see in this remodeling. At the end, my high anticipations were exceeded and I have received many great compliments on how excellent the bathrooms and kitchen looks. I highly recommend Prestige Construction & Design and I will for sure hire them again in the future!

Prestige Construction & Design have completed for us a large scale remodeling project for us recently. The remodeling project was to replace our existing kitchen with a new and upgrade one including all the appliances and the remodeling of our master bathroom. The project was finished on time and in a high quality and perfection. Tom (our project manager) made sure that the budget will remain the Tome and the time frame of the work will be according to the original plan that was agreed when we signed the contract with him. When we worked on the paperwork, we added an option of Tom and his designing people to redecorate other parts of the house and we set the price for that too. So after we finished with the remodeling, we agreed to go ahead with the option section and to redecorate the other parts of the house and to bring the rest of our house to the Tome style of the kitchen and bathroom. This part of the remodeling was completed on time and on the Tome amount that was agreed by us with Tom and a little bit before the schedule that was set by then. Based on our experience with them, we can write here that the team of people that were involved at our house were very easy to work with, highly professional and skilled people and at the company overall aspect, we can say that they were very organized and responsive to any questions, concerns, billing and ideas.

Still deciding. Good presentation, but I must visit showroom to select materials. Still considering options. Said he could meet our budget, but without specifics, I don't know what I would end up with. Really looking for more design suggestions and concrete options up front.

Tom and his workers from Prestige Construction & Design designed and implemented a new full kitchen for us that included all the appliances as well as the new floor, lightings, counter top and more…. The actual workers demolished completely the old kitchen and increased the back wall by few feet. They opened up walls to make the house space feel much larger. The workers were very reliable, clean, and professional and they did very high quality work. I felt comfortable trusting them in my house and doing all the work with support beams etc. Very knowledgeable and good group of guys. At the end of each day, Tom made sure to be at the house OR to send someone to make sure that all the daily tasks have been accomplished. The cabinets were custom made by their cabinet maker so you can have anything done to your specifications. Definitely would trust Prestige Construction & Design for your large important home improvements. You can be sure it is done right. They are pricey, so sometimes that is cost prohibitive for certain small jobs.

My thanks to the Prestige Construction & Design’s people for all the work that they did in designing and creating my kitchen. It was truly great experience with all of you and I appreciate all the professionalism, honesty and tolerance during the whole time of the work. The experience with the Prestige Construction & Design’s team was better than I thought. The office staff was always there to answer any question in regards to schedule, orders, deliveries and payments and they contact me when I needed a prompt to follow up regarding the process. Based on this experience with them, I can say that I will work with Prestige Construction & Designs again in the future and I refer them to others mainly those ones who passed by to see the new kitchen.

After scouring the internet and some friends for local contractors that can remodel my kitchen, I came across Prestige Construction & Design (Tom) who provided me with a quote that I was comfortable with and that included all the items that I wanted to have in my new kitchen. I hired Tom and his team of workers to renovate my kitchen, guest bathroom and install new hardwood floors throughout my house. Now that the project is completed, I could not be happier with the end results. The most important thing for me (besides quality of work), was the communication between me and Tom since I have a very busy schedule and Tom was always responsive to all my requests. My new kitchen and guest bathroom looks amazing. The floor came out beautiful. Tom gave me a time frame of 4-5 weeks for this renovation. But they were able to finish a little bit sooner than that and I was extremely happy. I highly recommend Prestige construction & design based on my great experience.

I had a wonderful experience working with Tom on my house. For me it wasn't an easy thing to let someone build such an addition, it is my first house and I was on a tight budget. I needed someone I could trust to handle such a project in the most professional way and as cost efficient as possible. My choice to hire them was made after receiving quotes from five reputable companies. I ended up picking Prestige construction & design based on their skills, experience, reviews I read and the things I heard from the referrals they provided me with. Their quote was a bit on the high side but was also far more detailed than others and covered certain items I figured will have to be done anyway, such as the electrical rewire. The construction went as well as I hoped it will. Tom have very professional construction crews, they were punctual, paid a lot of attention to details, and were meticulous in keeping the workplace clean, tidy and hazard-free. I was quite impressed by their willingness to do what is required in order to finish within budget and on time, even if it means performing tasks that are not in the job description or if required to do some extra work unexpectedly. This positive attitude is what made me hire them for this project in the first place and I'm extremely happy I did. They definitely deserve a Kudos for a job well done!

Before we hired Prestige Construction & Design, we met several contractors in order to get as many opinions as we could for the remodeling and mainly, to know how much will it cost us to do it. We selected Prestige Construction & Design due to several reasons that included: Mixture of worth, carefulness and of course price. During the remodeling, Tom and his team were in continuous communication with us and they always consulted with us when it comes to any serious decisions. All the small changes that accorded during the construction were managed great by Tom and his people. I can state that we are kind of precise customers that always look for the small details because we always love to have ‘perfect things’ and Prestige Construction & Design took each of our comments in a seriously manner. They also went above of what we wanted in order to make sure that our house was protected from any type of damage during the work. We hired Prestige Construction & Design for a complete master bath remodeling including the kitchen and patio as well as a replacing few windows on the back of the house. Prestige construction & design recently remodeled few sections at our house. The work was handled by Tom who was the person that we dealt from the first meeting till the end of the work. Tom visited us several times before we hired them and he wanted to get the idea of what we are looking for and what type of styles we like. After we decided to go forward with him, He prepared his estimate with time frame of each one of the sections, and during the work, he made sure to follow up this schedule. The work included many workers and Tom visited them on a daily basis making sure that they know what to do and that the daily tasks have been completed on the best way. The work that we did included the complete remodeling of the master bedroom and bathroom and 2 additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The work was completed in 2 months and we didn't have any problem with Tom or with any of the workers. Tom made sure to inform us about any upcoming payment and at the office, we had 1 person that we dealt with about anything that belong to paperwork, invoices, payments and permits. We are very happy with this whole remodeling process and we will hire them to anyone that will be interesting in any remodeling project.

We are very happy we chose Prestige Construction & Design. Tom the owner and was very patient with us while waiting for our decision of which construction company to go with. Prestige Construction & Design were not the lowest bid but definitely the best value. When we finally made up our minds to do business with them, no time was spared and they were able to start two weeks after we signed the contract. We appreciate how honest Tom was when we were making our different selections of products to use. He told us why he would/wouldn't do/use certain things. I always liked that I got an explanation for it. When I had questions regarding different things, he always got back to me right away. They built us a new master suit and expended our family room, in total we added about 650 square feet to our home, and they did such a great job matching everything to the existing house that our room addition blends right in. I had my fair share of remodeling projects and I can honestly say this was my best experience to date!

We hired Prestige Construction & Design to do a major renovation of our house in the Hollywood hills. The complete renovation included building a new staircase outside the house on the hillside. The staircase was built to connect the floors of the home. Other than that, they renovated:
- The kitchen.
- 3 new bathrooms.
- A new fireplace in the living room and master bedroom.
- Tiling the bathrooms and kitchen areas and installing new wood flooring throughout the home.
We are very happy with Prestige Construction & Design and with all the work they did for us. Each day, the crew came for work on time, Tom on the other hand made sure that the project will stay on budget and all the change of orders (which we had several of them during the work) were handled in a reasonable manner with no stress or pressure while he tried all the time to find ways to do the changes at the lowest cost. There were a few situations which came up, as we attend to imagine as common situations that happened with this big renovations of any existing home. All of them were always handled with professionally and honesty by Tom the manager as well as the other crew people. The main thing I liked most about them was that they really wanted us to be not only pleased with the final results of the work, but they want us to be really happy with the process of it as well. This way of work is present at all levels of the workers, from Tom at the top to the on-site construction worker.
