We had planned to have Lutzky replace our septic system - he referred us to a very expensive engineer, who took 4 months to complete a design and failed to provide us with info he had given to Lutzky and the township. As a result, Lutzky came to take soil samples unannounced, and wasted 1/2 day (at our expense) before we sent him home so we could regroup with the engineer. They came back for a full day and then left several piles of dirt and shale where they had excavated - for months, on the front lawn. When we questioned their bill, Scott refused to empathize or budge on the cost, so we paid his bill and went elsewhere for the installation.
